KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 5 — Cardtrend Systems Sdn Bhd aims to participate in Islamic digital economy this year by offering a wider range of solutions such as purchase card and corporate medical e-payment systems.
The company said it is committed to assisting businesses in developing digital transaction innovations, while ensuring growth in a fast-paced, highly changeable business environment as Malaysia is moving forward in transforming itself into a contactless society.
Cardtrend Systems said it provides authentication solutions such as iAuth, iPricer and iCrypto modules that help businesses innovate and build a secure payment ecosystem for their platforms.
“Despite the current accelerated adoption of digital tools and processes, there are still plenty of businesses that have yet to integrate with the digital world amid ongoing concerns of security compliance and data breaches,’’ it said in a statement.
Citing a survey by Trend Micro Incorporated, it said about 73 per cent of organisations in Malaysia reported that they are likely to experience a data breach that impacts customer data in the next 12 months.
Cardtrend Systesm is a platform that houses customisable services encompassing payments, fleet management, rewards, and loyalty programmes.
It has processed and managed over 50 million secure transactions in the region through their solutions.
